The God Who Lives Forever Is With You

“The God who lives for ever is with you.”  Joshua 3:10 

When the Israelites stood at the edge of the Jordan River, facing the unknown, God gave them a promise: He would go ahead of them. Not just any god—but the God who lives forever. The One who parted seas, who spoke through fire, who never changes. That same God was with them. And He is with you now.

You may be standing at your own riverbank—facing decisions, transitions, or fears. But you are not alone. The eternal God, who never sleeps or fades, walks beside you. His presence is not seasonal. His love is not temporary. His power is not limited by time.

Encouragement  

Let this truth settle deep in your spirit today:  

The God who lives forever is with you.  

Not just watching. Not just cheering. But with you—guiding, protecting, and preparing the way.

Prayer  

Lord, thank You for being the God who lives forever. When I feel uncertain, remind me that You are near. Help me trust Your presence more than my fears. Lead me forward with courage, knowing You go before me. Amen.

Only Believe - In the scripture a man came to Jesus and said, "My little daughter is very sick. She is close to death. Will you come to my home and pray for her"? Jesus agreed. But along the way he kept getting stopped, one interruption after another. Finally word came back to him saying, "No need to come. You've waited too late. The little girl has died". The people were upset, very distraught. But Jesus said to them, Luke 8:50, "Don't be afraid. If you will only believe the little girl will be well". Notice the phrase, "Only believe".
