Drawn to the Light
“Drawn to the Light”
“People of other nations will come to your light. Kings will come to see the light of a new day that shines on you.” Isaiah 60:3
God’s light in you is not just for your comfort, it’s a beacon for others. When His glory rises upon you, it becomes visible, radiant, and irresistible. You may feel ordinary, hidden, or small, but the Lord says: You shine with the light of a new day. This light is not self-made, it’s divine. It draws people near. It awakens curiosity, reverence, and hope. Even kings, those with power and prestige, will be drawn to the brightness God places on your life.
This is not about fame. It’s about influence born of intimacy with God. When you walk in His presence, you carry His presence. And that presence attracts. Nations, neighbours, strangers, they will come, not because of you, but because of the light shining through you.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for placing Your light within me. Let it shine with clarity, kindness, and courage. May others see Your glory and be drawn to Your love. Help me never to hide what You’ve made radiant. Let my life reflect the dawn of Your goodness. Amen.
