 Rooted in His Goodness —

“I will answer your prayers. I will take care of you. I am like a strong, green tree. All the good things that you have come from me.” Hosea 14:8 

In a world of shifting seasons and fragile hopes, God speaks with unwavering tenderness: I will take care of you. Not just occasionally, not conditionally—but always. Like a strong, green tree, He stands firm, flourishing with life, shelter, and provision.

His presence is not distant or decorative—it’s vital. Every good thing we enjoy, every answered prayer, every quiet comfort in the night, flows from His rooted love. He is our source, our shade, our sustainer.

Declaration:  

Lord, You are my evergreen refuge. I trust Your care. I receive Your goodness. I flourish because You are near.

Today let your heart whisper a thank-you to God who takes care of you and gave you everything.

Only Believe - In the scripture a man came to Jesus and said, "My little daughter is very sick. She is close to death. Will you come to my home and pray for her"? Jesus agreed. But along the way he kept getting stopped, one interruption after another. Finally word came back to him saying, "No need to come. You've waited too late. The little girl has died". The people were upset, very distraught. But Jesus said to them, Luke 8:50, "Don't be afraid. If you will only believe the little girl will be well". Notice the phrase, "Only believe". Jesus went to the home, prayed for the little girl and she came back to life. But you too may be facing situations that seem impossible.
