When God Moves Fast
We all have things we're believing for—promises we cling to, dreams we're nurturing, and challenges we’re hoping will turn around. We do our best, walk in integrity, and remain faithful, yet sometimes it feels like nothing is changing.
Scripture reminds us in Hebrews 6:12: “It’s through faith and patience that we inherit the promises.” Often, God takes us step by step—little by little—building us for what’s ahead.
But the same God who moves slowly in some seasons also has moments of divine acceleration. Without warning, God can suddenly shift things. It won’t always make sense—your circumstances may say it will take years to climb out of debt, to heal, or to restore what was lost. Yet behind the scenes, God is lining up a quick work.
- Suddenly, the breakthrough comes.
- Suddenly, healing manifests.
- Suddenly, restoration begins.
When you’re in a waiting season, feeling overlooked or stuck, don’t let discouragement settle in. God sees your faithfulness in the quiet places—He sees you honoring Him even when it’s hard. And those moments of trust are seeds.
A harvest season is coming.
It may not come gradually—it may come fast. God’s hand will move in ways you didn’t expect, propelling you forward and into purpose. Stay faithful. Stay expectant.
Prayer:
Lord, help me trust You in the waiting. I know You are a God of sudden breakthroughs and supernatural timing. Strengthen my faith, renew my hope, and prepare me for the season of acceleration. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
