Bask in God's Love!
๐ Love Is of God
“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.” — 1 John 4:7–8 (NKJV)
Love is not just something God does—it is who He is. Every act of true love flows from His heart. And when we love others, we reflect the very nature of the One who created us.
Before we ever reached for Him, God reached for us. Romans 5:8 reminds us that “while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” That is the kind of love that heals, restores, and transforms.
๐ Let His Love Wash Over You
- God’s love is not earned—it is freely given.
- His love makes you whole where life has left you broken.
- His love is the foundation of your identity and the source of your strength.
When you open your heart to His love, you begin to see yourself and others through His eyes. You begin to live not from a place of striving, but from a place of security.
๐ฑ Love Is the Evidence of Knowing God
To know God is to love—because God is love. When His love fills your heart, it overflows into your relationships, your words, and your actions.
- Love is the mark of spiritual maturity.
- Love is the fruit of a life rooted in Christ.
- Love is the light that shines in a dark world.
๐ A Prayer for Today
Lord, thank You for loving me before I ever knew You.
Thank You for Jesus, who gave everything so I could live.
Let Your love heal every broken place in me.
Wash over me with Your presence, and help me to love others as You have loved me.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
May you rest today in the truth that you are deeply loved—and may that love flow through you to bless the world around you.
