Beautiful Again - 

“The Lord says, ‘I tell you clearly, as the God who lives, you will be happy with your people. They will make you beautiful again, like a bride with her beautiful jewels.’” Isaiah 49:18 

There are seasons when we feel forgotten, worn down, or far from joy. But God speaks with clarity and certainty: “I tell you clearly…” This is not a vague hope, it’s a living promise from the God who lives and sees you. He declares restoration, not just of circumstances, but of beauty, dignity, and delight.

Like a bride adorned with jewels, you are being prepared for celebration. The people God brings into your life, family, community, spiritual companions, will not be burdens but blessings. They will help you shine again. You are not alone, and you are not forsaken.

God is not just restoring what was lost. He is adorning you with joy, honor, and belonging. Look around with faith-filled eyes. The jewels are coming. The laughter is returning. The beauty is being renewed.

Lord, thank You for Your living promise. I receive Your joy and restoration. Make me beautiful again—not just in appearance, but in spirit, in hope, and in love. Surround me with people who reflect Your goodness, and let my life shine like a bride prepared forjoy. Amen.

Only Believe - In the scripture a man came to Jesus and said, "My little daughter is very sick. She is close to death. Will you come to my home and pray for her"? Jesus agreed. But along the way he kept getting stopped, one interruption after another. Finally word came back to him saying, "No need to come. You've waited too late. The little girl has died". The people were upset, very distraught. But Jesus said to them, Luke 8:50, "Don't be afraid. If you will only believe the little girl will be well". Notice the phrase, "Only believe".
