Are you good or bad?

🔥 Alive in Name, Awake in Spirit “I know your works, that you have a name, that you are alive, but you are dead.” — Revelation 3:1 (NKJV) Reputation can be deceiving. To others, you may appear vibrant, successful, even spiritual. But God sees beyond the surface. He sees the heart. The church in Sardis had a name for being alive—but in truth, they were spiritually asleep. Their outward image masked an inward emptiness. And Jesus, in His mercy, called them to wake up. 👁️ God Sees the Hidden Things Man looks at appearance; God looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7). He sees not just what you do, but why you do it. Every motive, every thought, every whisper of pride or humility—He knows. Ask yourself: Am I seeking to glorify myself or God? ·        Do my words build others up—or subtly tear them down? Is my faith a living flame—or just a flicker of memory? 🌿 A Call to Repentance and Renewal God’s call i...

Seek God at all times!

Carried by His Faithfulness “I am the Lord, who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you.” — Isaiah 46:4 (NIV) From the first breath you took to this very moment, God has been there—forming, sustaining, and carrying you. His care is not seasonal. His love is not conditional. His presence is not occasional. He is the God who carries. In times of sorrow, He lifts you. In times of joy, He rejoices with you. In every moment in between, He walks beside you. 🌤️ Not Just in Trouble Too often, we run to God only when life feels heavy. But He longs to be part of our laughter as much as our tears. He is not just the God of rescue—He is the God of relationship. Remember Him in your blessings. Thank Him in your abundance. Acknowledge Him in your peace. Gratitude is a form of worship. And remembrance is a form of love. 💖 He Has Never Forgotten You Even when you’ve wandered, He has watched over you. Even when you’ve been silent, He has spoken your name....

The Prayer of Silence

Image
Hushed Before His Holiness “But the Lord is in His holy temple; let all the earth hush and keep silence before Him.” — Habakkuk 2:20 (AMPC) In a world that prizes speed, noise, and instant gratification, silence often feels like a foreign land. We fill our days with movement, our minds with media, and our prayers with words. Yet Scripture gently calls us to a different rhythm—one of reverent stillness. God is not absent in the silence. He is enthroned in it. When Elijah stood on the mountain, he witnessed a whirlwind, an earthquake, and a fire—each dramatic, each powerful. But God was not in any of them. Then came a whisper, a still small voice—and there, Elijah encountered the presence of the Almighty (1 Kings 19:11–12). This is the paradox of divine communication: the Creator of the universe often speaks in a whisper. Not because He is weak, but because He is near. And to hear Him, we must quiet the clamor within. 🌿 A Call to Stillness Silence is not emptiness; it i...

Lord, teach me to pray!

Image
🙏 Lord, Teach Me to Pray “One of His disciples said to Him, ‘Lord, teach us to pray…’” — Luke 11:1 (NKJV) Prayer is not a performance. It’s not a formula. It’s a relationship. And like any relationship, it grows with time, honesty, and intentionality. The disciples had watched Jesus pray. They saw something different—something powerful, intimate, and real. So they asked, not for a method, but for a Master: “Lord, teach us to pray.” That humble request still echoes today. And the good news? Jesus is still teaching. 🌱 A Progressive Journey Your prayer life is not meant to be perfect—it’s meant to be personal. It grows as you grow. It deepens as you deepen. Be patient with yourself. God is. Prayer is not about saying the right words ; it’s about saying the real ones. Be clear. Be bold. Be specific. Your heavenly Father delights in your voice and welcomes your heart. Hebrews 4:16 reminds us: “Let us then fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the...
